Tiffany & Company in 1837 as a life Tiffany & Young, named after the founder Charles Tiffany and John Young. At the beginning of activity at 259 Broadway in New York City was, and fine stationery and goods to be processed. Tiffany & Young had an innovative (for its time) policy to give each item a price tag and do not negotiate prices. That same year, Tiffany introduced the field in the distinctive shade of blue that would come to be known as the blue “Tiffany”. Charles Tiffany bought the company in 1853 and renamed in Tiffany & Co. During that time he became famous for its fine silver Tiffany and even won awards for the quality of its coverage. However, the ornamental part of the company was gathering steam.

The company soon broke a lot of success with Tiffany jewelry, especially diamonds. In 1878, Charles Tiffany Tiffany Diamond, one of the largest and finest yellow diamonds in the world has ever seen bought. The original stone has been reduced to 128. 51 carats with 90 facets. Diamond is our Tiffany and Co has opened a jewelry department of art in society, innovative, artistic design, jewelry, and later became artistic director of the company after the death of his father. With Louis at the top, the company continues to prosper and make a name for themselves.

In 1940, Tiffany & Co. moved to the famous building on 57th Street in New York where they remain until to date. It was not until 1963 that Tiffany ventured outside New York and opened a store in San Francisco. In 1972, the company opened its international locations in Japan first, and in 1986, a presence in Europe, with London has been saved.
